Tino learned his trade as a Master Plumber in European countries where plumbing was first invented, and brought the same high level of skill and attention to detail to the United States. Under his watchful eye and hand, ABL thrived, completing projects for Syracuse and Cornell Universities, major projects for the Army Corps of Engineers, and entire downtown historic districts of Syracuse.

Twenty years later, we decided to relocate to the booming city of Charlotte, North Carolina, bringing our highly skilled group of project managers and superintendents with us. Within two years, ABL had fully established in North Carolina and moved its base of operations to Raleigh, our new hometown.

Today, we are focused exclusively on North Carolina projects and continue to grow and prosper, bringing our experience and expertise to universities, convention centers, schools, hospitals, high rises, and other major construction and restoration projects.
